RALLY9 CELEBRATES BRAND LAUNCH AT 48 FIELDS FARM

Loudoun County-based strategy and storytelling firm marks new chapter after five years of helping mission-driven organizations turn ideas into impact.
LEESBURG, Va., Sept. 11, 2026 — Rally9 celebrated the launch of its new brand Thursday, Sept. 10, bringing together team members, clients, partners, family and friends at 48 Fields Farm in Leesburg to mark the next chapter for the Loudoun County-based strategic, creative, and experiential communications firm.
Rally9 officially launched its brand in July, building on five years of work with nonprofits, small businesses, government agencies and other mission-driven organizations in Virginia and across the country.
The new brand reflects the growth of the firm from a founder-led consultancy into a multidisciplinary team focused on helping organizations translate ambitious ideas into meaningful action through strategy, storytelling, design, communications, events and experiences.
“Every mission starts as an idea, but a good idea wants to become something,” said Brian Tinsman, founder and chief storyteller of Rally9. “Making that happen requires more than a digital presence or a good campaign. It requires trust, strong relationships and people who can carry a mission consistently from strategy and storytelling through design, execution and the experiences people have in the real world. Rally9 reflects the remarkable team we’ve built to do exactly that.”
Over the past five years, the firm’s work has included helping new businesses and established organizations develop brands for the modern era; supporting campaigns that collectively raised more than $85 million through charitable giving, capital campaigns, sponsorships and investment; helping national organizations expand their work into dozens of new communities; and leading events that brought hundreds of people together around shared causes.
That emphasis on human connection has remained central as the communications landscape has rapidly changed.
In an era when artificial intelligence and accessible digital tools have made it easier than ever for organizations to create content and establish a digital presence, Rally9 sees an increasing premium on the strategy, judgment and human experiences that turn communication into meaningful relationships.
“Technology can help organizations do more, faster, and we’re excited about that,” Tinsman said. “But the organizations we serve ultimately make promises to people. Our job is to help them deliver on those promises wherever those relationships happen — online, in a room, at an event, in a community or through a conversation. The tools will continue to change. The importance of making people feel something won’t.”
The Sept. 10 celebration at 48 Fields Farm reflected that philosophy, bringing together many of the people who have contributed to the firm’s growth and evolution. For Rally9, the gathering also represented the type of work at the heart of its approach: creating opportunities for people to rally around an idea, organization or cause they believe in.
“Rally9 isn’t simply about having more capacity,” Tinsman said. “It’s about bringing talented people with different perspectives and capabilities around the same question and making the answer better. We’re incredibly proud to have built that team here in Loudoun County and to continue serving organizations doing important work in communities across the country.”
